How does credit pack work?

Once you purchase the credit pack from https://www.runcomfy.com/pricing?tab=playground#credit-packs, you will be able to use the credits right away.

Two rules for credit consumption,

1. The deduction priority is monthly subscription credits > credit packs credits.
2. Credit pack expires after 90 days.

Credit pack scenario 1

1. You have 100 monthly subscription credits left
2. You buy a credit pack of 2,000. Now you have 2,100 credits. Check credits here, https://www.runcomfy.com/profile.
3. You generate a video with 50 credits, now you have 2,050 credits = 50 monthly credits + 2,000 credit pack credit.
4. You generate another video with 51 credits, now you have 1,999 credits = 0 monthly credits + 1,999 credit pack credit.

Credit pack scenario 2

1. You bought 2,000 credits on 8/1/2025. Now you have 2,000 credits.
2. You bought 5,000 credits on 9/1/2025. Now you have 5,000 credits.
3. On 11/2/2025 (more than 90 days passed from the first credit pack purchase), now you have 5,000 credits since the first pack expired.
