You will be charged from the moment you hear a ringtone which means the machine is ready (normally that's couple of seconds before you see the ComfyUI interface), till the moment either you click the stop button on the top and confirm it or the timer runs out and our system will automatically shut the machine down.
Not a second more, not a second less. We calculate charges by the seconds and take it very seriously.
Please check the machine usgae page, https://www.runcomfy.com/comfyui/usage, if you need to see the actual machine ready time and the actual machine stopping time (the moment either you click the stop button on the top and confirm it or the timer runs out).
If you feel any charges are wrong, just send us an email hi@runcomfy.com with your account email and describe the approximate time of your actions on the machine, such as launch time, extend timer and termination time, etc. We will make sure your account funds are correct once we verify the charges.
