How to fix: Legacy ComfyUl-Manager data migrated. See terminal for details ?

What does this alert mean?

When starting a ComfyUI workflow on RunComfy, you may see a yellow alert in the top-right corner that says:

Legacy ComfyUI-Manager data migrated. See terminal for details

This message is informational only. It means that ComfyUI-Manager has detected legacy (older) data and automatically migrated it to the current format.

Your workflow will continue to run normally, and no action is required.

How can I stop this alert from appearing again?

If you don’t want to see this alert every time you open the workflow, you can safely remove the legacy backup folder and save the workflow again.

Follow these steps:

Open your workflow and click the Assets button on the right to expand the panel.
Navigate to the following path:

ComfyUI>user> _manager

Inside the _manager folder, find the folder named:

.legacy-manager-backup

Make sure the contents of this folder are no longer needed.
Delete the .legacy-manager-backup folder.
Click Cloud Save to save the current workflow state.

Done ✅

After saving, the workflow will open normally in the future without showing this alert again.

If you’re unsure whether you still need the backup, you can leave the folder untouched—the alert is harmless and does not affect workflow execution.
