For previous Playground subscribers (Before Oct 22, 2025)
What changed, and what happened to my credits?
Playground now uses USD, pay‑as‑you‑go pricing model (no subscription), which makes costs simpler and more predictable. Any remaining credits from your previous Playground subscription have been converted into a USD balance on your account. If you keep your subscription, the new pricing model typically lets you generate more content than under the previous fixed credit cap. We’ve preserved your benefits in the transition.
What if my balance runs low?
Just add funds from your profile or pricing page; they’re available immediately after a successful payment. Note: purchased funds expire 365 days after the purchase date.
Can I keep using Playground if I cancel my previous playground subscription?
Yes. After canceling, you can continue on a pay‑as‑you‑go basis by simply adding funds in USD.
For new Playground users (On/After Oct 22, 2025)
Do I need a subscription to use Playground?
No. Playground uses pay‑as‑you‑go billing in USD for each image or video you generate.
For ComfyUI users
Do Playground and ComfyUI share the same balance?
Yes. When you add funds to your account, that single balance is shared across Playground and ComfyUI, no transfer needed. You can view it on your profile page.
Is ComfyUI Pro a subscription for ComfyUI or for Playground?
ComfyUI Pro is a separate subscription for ComfyUI (not for Playground). It provides 20%+ discounted machine rates and other perks, and it adds 10 USD to your balance each month. Usage is still deducted from your shared balance. Playground remains pay‑as‑you‑go without a subscription.
Can I use ComfyUI without Pro Plan Subscription?
Absolutely. You can run entirely on “Pay as you go” if you prefer.
